    兰平,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2001年毕业于中国农业大学生物学院,获理学博士学位。2001年8月起先后在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,德国Fraunhofer Institute for Molecular biology and Applied Ecology ,the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology, RWTH Aachen 大学,The State Agricultural Biotechnology Centre (S.A.B.C),Murdoch University, Western Australia 及Institute of Plant and Microbial biology, Academia Sinica, Taipei从事博士后研究。2012年9月起,受聘中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员。长期从事植物营养的组学研究,如蛋白组学,转录组学以及分子生物学和系统生物学的研究,相继在Nature Plants、 Proteomics、 Genome biology、 Mol Cell Proteomics、Plant Physiology、Mol Plant Microbe Interact和BMC Plant Biol等国际学术期刊上发表了论文。目前工作的重点,运用蛋白组学和转录组学等系统生物学技术手段,研究植物高效吸收与运输营养物质的分子机制,特别是小分子肽在调控植物根系发育及其植物营养高效吸收中作用。

    研究领域:

    主要研究方向是从分子水平探讨植物是如何响应和适应环境逆境的(特别是矿质营养溃乏,如缺磷,缺铁和缺锰等)。拟采用蛋白组学及基于新一代测序的转录组学和生物信息学等系统生物学的技术和方法解析植物应答环境逆境的分子调控网络,并结合植物生理和分子生物学,生物化学,遗传学等对网络中的节点进行基因功能验证,为最终通过分子设计培育矿质营养高效吸收利用的作物新品种提供理论指导和基因资源。
