王相平,女,博士,副研究员。2005年毕业于华北水利水电学院获学士学位, 2010年毕业于中国农业大学水利与土木工程学院获博士学位,并入职中国科学院南京土壤研究所。主要从事盐渍农田适水调盐理论与技术、盐渍农田障碍消减机制及其伴生过程模拟等方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划专项子课题、江苏省自然科学基金等项目,参与编写专著2部,发表论文40余篇。
