    简 历:

    姚荣江,博士,江苏靖江市人,研究员,土壤物理与盐渍土研究室副主任,现担任中国土壤学会盐碱土专业委员会副主任,江苏省土壤学会理事。2002年于扬州大学土壤与农业化学专业获学士学位,2007年于中国科学院南京土壤研究所获得博士学位。2007年起在中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。长期从事土壤盐渍障碍消减及其农田生态效应研究工作,近年来致力于土壤水盐过程精细模拟、盐渍障碍生态消减、养分减损增效等方面基础理论与技术研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家重点研发计划课题、中科院STS计划课题、国家自然科学基金等多个项目。目前已在Land Degrad Dev、Plant Soil、Catena、Geoderma、Soil Till Res等期刊发表相关论文80余篇,授权发明专利13件,制定省级地方标准2项,参编专著2部,获省部科技进步奖2项。

    盐渍农田多尺度土壤水盐运移过程监测、模拟与物理调控机制,土壤盐碱障碍生态消减理论,盐渍土化肥养分农田生态效应及其增效调控机制
