姚荣江,江苏靖江人,博士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,中国科学院特聘核心岗位研究员、博士生导师,国家科技创新领军人才。现担任中国土壤学会盐碱土专业委员会主任,江苏省土壤学会常务理事。2002年于扬州大学土壤与农业化学专业获学士学位,2007年于中国科学院南京土壤研究所获得博士学位。长期从事土壤水盐循环与水土耦合过程、耕地障碍消减与质量提升等方面理论和技术研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家农业重大科技项目、中国科学院盐碱地改造利用重大项目、公益性行业(农业)科研专项课题等国家级重要科研项目20余项;在J Hydrol、Geoderma、Biochar、Soil Sci Soc Am J等期刊发表论文近150篇,其中SCI收录论文逾80篇。主参著/译学术著作8部,获授权发明专利15件,制定行业/省级标准7项,入选主推技术5项,获省部级奖3项。
近年主要成就包括:1)阐明土壤水盐过程多边界耦合调控机理,厘清土壤盐碱退化关键阻控过程与参数,丰富多尺度土壤水盐动稳性调控理论;2)明晰水盐调控伴生的土壤多介质耦合转化、迁移生物物理过程,揭示“炭氮”协作盐碱消障与养分增效协同机理;3)解析流域尺度土壤盐渍化演化与农田生态耦合过程,辨明区域生态系统结构功能和盐碱化对节水的互馈适应机制;4)创制耕地盐碱退化阻控、消障提质关键技术与集成模式,制定系列技术规程、主推技术并应用于盐碱地改造工程。
