    蔡思源,男,汉族,博士,副研究员。2015年毕业于华中农业大学生命科学技术学院,获理学学士学位,2018和2023年毕业于中国科学院南京土壤研究所土壤学专业,分别获农学硕士和博士学位。2023年8月至今任中国科学院南京土壤研究所副研究员。主要从事农田土壤碳氮循环与环境影响管理研究,在稻田区域化肥氮利用损失差异机制与活性氮减排方面取得一定成果。在Nature、Environmental Research Letters、Environmental Pollution、Journal of Cleaner Production等国内外期刊发表论文10余篇;授权国家软件著作权1项。
