2002年在华中农业大学获学士学位;2005和2008年毕业于中国科学院南京土壤研究所,分别获硕士和博士学位。2008年留所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员;2013年-2014年在美国俄克拉荷马州立大学作访问学者。主要从事黄淮海平原农田地力提升与养分高效利用方面的研究,目前发表科研论文60余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,获得河南省科技进步二等奖1项,授权发明专利4项,参与编写专著3部。
