洪志能,男,湖北武汉人,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年6月本科毕业于华中农业大学资环学院环境工程专业,同年保送本校土壤学专业读研,2012年7月获农学博士学位。2012年7月应聘进入中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作,任助理研究员;2021年6月起担任副研究员、硕士生导师。主要从事养分和污染元素的土壤界面化学过程、质子反应机制与酸化土壤改良、土壤重金属污染过程与修复、微量热等原位技术开发与应用等方面的研究工作。目前,承担国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题、江苏省自然科学基金等科研项目6项。共发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一作者14篇,协助指导研究生/博士后合作发表第二作者SCI论文9篇。
