杜昌文,男,1974年生,博士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,土壤养分管理国家工程实验室副主任。1997年毕业于华中农业大学资环学院,获学士学位;2000年毕业于华中农业大学微量元素研究室,获硕士学位;2003年毕业于中国科学院南京土壤研究所(与以色列理工大学联合培养),获博士学位。2003年7月起任中国科学院南京土壤研究所助理研究员;2004年5-8月,德国汉诺威大学植物营养研究所访问学者;2005年7月晋升为副研究员;2005-2006年于以色列理工大学土木与环境工程学院博士后;2008年12月晋升为研究员。先后赴德国、澳大利亚、美国、芬兰等国家访问和合成交流。主要从事精准施肥技术研发与应用研究。利用模型膜技术和水基反应成膜技术开展了聚合物包膜肥料的研制,建立了养分释放的理论模型(扩散模型)和经验模型(人造神经网络),丰富了养分控释理论,并在聚合物包膜肥料的研制上取得了重要进展;具备了光谱分析和工程数学分析能力,利用傅里叶红外衰减全反射光谱(FTIR-ATR)和氮同位素原位研究了土壤中的铵态氮的硝化过程,同时基于人工神经网络和偏最小二乘法模型,首次将傅里叶转换红外光声光谱 (FTIR-PAS)应用于土壤分类研究,取得了良好的初步进展,将FTIR-ATR应用于在线监控聚合物包膜肥料养分的释放,并将FTIR-PAS逐步拓展到水基反应聚合物膜的研究,为监控和表征水基反应进程和程度提供了强有力的手段。

发表学术论文198篇,其中SCI论文89篇,EI论文35篇,主编和参编中英文专著6部,获授权国际发明专利 (PCT) 1 项,申请国家发明专利 15 项,其中 8 项获授权,获软件著作权2项;获首届中国农业科技创新创业大赛特别奖、江苏省科学技术奖一等奖,首届江苏省青年创业奖、中国科学院科技贡献奖二等奖和中华农业科技奖一等奖各1项。
